Dear AYSO players, volunteers, and parents:
The Summer 2010 season will draw to a close next week. We will celebrate and recognize the players on Thursday, July 29th at 6:30pm in two separate and simultaneous parties. The West side teams (Walnut Grove and Odana Hills) will meet at Walnut Grove Park. The East side teams (Kennedy and Schenk) will meet at Kennedy. We will meet near the shelters at both parks.
AYSO will provide a light snack, most likely pizza.
We are asking each Kennedy and Walnut Grove family to bring drinks for your own family and a large bag of chips to share.
We ask each Odana Hills and Schenk family to bring drinks for your own family and either cookies or brownies to share.
Parents, please plan to arrive no later than 6:15pm to drop off your snack as we plan to start the brief program promptly at 6:30pm. Food will available immediately following the trophy presentations.
Players should wear their uniforms. They should also wear shin guards if they plan to participate in any pickup games. Parents and coaches are welcome to organize games.
Coaches, please bring your equipment. We will collect it from you on-site.
Color Coordinators, please plan to arrive by 6pm to help set-up, organize and collect equipment.
Please consider volunteering as a coach, color coordinator or board member for next year’s season. We are completely volunteer run organization and need your participation to be able to keep AYSO going in Madison.
